Short history of the war.  Explanation of sources for locating service records, pension records, regimental histories, battle participation, and the post-war records of your ancestor. No reservation required.  All are welcome.

Civil War Resources in the Tennessee State Library and Archives

Detailed treatment of Civil War holdings in the Tennessee State Library and Archives, as well as special Civil War resources the state is developing. No reservation required.  All are welcome.
