Vanishing Appalachia

Don Dudenbostel, photographer, and Tom Jester, field recorder, have documented pictures and recordings of vanishing folkways such as cockfighters, moonshiners, roadside stores, and serpent handlers.  This catalog, complete with black and white photographs and a CD of field recordings, was created by Adam Alfrey, ETHS Curator of Exhibitions, to accompany his exhibit, Vanishing Appalachia.
