The Downtown Home Tour offers a unique opportunity to see what urban living has to offer and go inside private residences that showcase the variety of homes that exist in downtown Knoxville.

$100 VIP Tickets

Admission to all homes on the tour on Saturday, June 8, 2024, plus admission to two VIP Access Only homes: the beautifully decorated home of Jim and Kim Hays in The Burwell Building (602 S. Gay Street) and the stunningly renovated home of Rick Kennedy and Jim Harness in The Holston (531 S. Gay Street) between 10 am-12 pm. You are also invited to a private VIP Sponsor Party in the lobby of The Arcade Building (618 S. Gay Street) from 5:30-7:30 pm on Thursday, June 6, 2024. Limited number available and must be purchased by June 1.

$25 Tour Tickets

Admission to all homes on the tour on June 8 except the home designated as VIP Access Only. Must be purchased by June 6.

$35 Day of Tour Tickets

On the day of the tour, tickets may be purchased for $35 at the East Tennessee History Center 9:30 am-3:30 pm.
