The Downtown Home Tour offers a unique opportunity to see what urban living has to offer and go inside private residences that showcase the variety of homes that exist in downtown Knoxville.

$150 VIP Tickets

Admission to all homes on the tour on Saturday, June 14, 2025. Plus admission to one VIP Access Only home, the beautiful home of Karen Spaid in The Century Building between 10 am-1pm. You are also invited to a VIP/Sponsor Party on Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 5:30-7:30 pm in the Club Room at Regas Square condos, which includes a tour of the lovely home of Susan Brown during the party.  Limited number available.

$30 Tour Tickets ($5 discount for ETHS Members)

Admission to all homes on the tour on June 14 except the home designated as VIP Access Only. Must be purchased by June 12.

$40 Day of Tour Tickets

On the day of the tour, tickets may be purchased for $40 at the East Tennessee History Center 9:30 am-2:30 pm.

Reminders

• Check-in/Packet pick-up for tour will begin at 9:30 am Saturday, June 14.
• Tour guests must be 12 years of age or older.
• Dogs are not permitted in homes on the tour.
• Food and beverages cannot be consumed in homes on the tour.
• Respect hosts’ privacy, please, and do not open closed doors or cabinets.
• Guests will not be able to use bathrooms in homes on the tour. Tour guests may use restrooms at the East Tennessee History Center (601 S. Gay Street).
