Rex Henry Ogle

The Honorable Rex Henry Ogle holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Memphis.  He was elected in September 1990 to the position of Circuit Judge, Part III, 4th Judicial District.  In 1996 he was appointed by the Tennessee Supreme Court to the Statewide Commission on Foster Care; in 1997 was awarded the "Judge Jane Wheatcraft Award" by the Tennessee Task Force Against Domestic Violence for his outstanding service within the Judicial System; President of the Tennessee Judicial Conference in 2001-2002; and Presiding Judge of the 4th Judicial District in 1995-1996, 2005-2006, and 2009-2010.  Rex Henry Ogle lives in Sevierville with his wife, Norma McGee Ogle, who is a Judge on the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals.
