Over the course of 40 years as an attorney with Frantz, McConnell & Seymour LLP Arthur also served as president, board member, and general counsel for the East Tennessee Historical Society. The Legacy Business Partnership was named by the ETHS Board of Directors in honor of Arthur’s volunteer service and support to ETHS. Arthur’s firm, Frantz, McConnell & Seymour, LLP, is an East Tennessee law firm that has proudly served the region’s business and personal clients for more than a century, dating back to 1902. Over the last 100-plus years, they have actively represented individuals and corporations that have been an integral part of the stable growth and vitality of Knoxville, Knox County and the surrounding areas of East Tennessee. Business Requirements
- be founded and operated from one of East Tennessee’s 35 counties,
- be in operation for at least 25 years, and
- make a financial commitment ranging from $2,500 to $15,000 annually.
